LaNgSiNg & RaMpiNg

hari 1 : buah-buahan..except babana ..mira suggest an mkn byk melon...on d 1st day..

hari 2 : sayur-syuran..digalak an mkn smp da bole hafal sayur 2 dri jenis yg mentah ke msk ke ...xde  limit na choose which vegetable  yg u all suke...mayb bole mule nan kentang bakar..yummy..

hari 3 :buah + syur..ur choices..amount & quantity..ikut u all..still no babana..  n diz time no potato..

hari 4 :babana + susu..mkn 8 biji psng n 3 gelas susu..wowww..quite a lot....tp korg bole jgk mkn nan sup special..tp..dlm kuantiti tertentu..


hari 5 :kali nie daging n tomatoes...amik due bhgian ..tp 10oz je tao..
mgkin dlm bentuk burger pn oke... byk an mnum air yerk..

hari 6:daging + syur...haa,yg nie mst korg suke...mkn la byk mne dagng & syur yg korg na..ikut sesuki at je..

hari 7:arinie menu korg...beras perang+ jus buah + syur yg korg suke.. 

*p/s :mnum air 10 gelas 1 ari.. :)

black coffee ( x cream / sugar / sweetness )
black tea = herb / leaf
no fruit juices b4 day 7..
